LivKidz @ Home - Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Platform Role
LivKidz operates as a technology platform that enables parents to discover and book services offered by independent third-party instructors (“Instructors”).
LivKidz does not provide, own, control, or deliver any classes listed under LivKidz @ Home. All services are provided directly by the Instructor.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All Instructors are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of LivKidz.
While LivKidz may perform basic onboarding checks (such as identity verification or qualification review), LivKidz:does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of Instructor information
does not control or supervise Instructor conduct or teaching methods
is not responsible for Instructor performance, availability, or service quality
3. Parent Responsibility & Supervision
By booking a session, parents/guardians agree that:
They are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the activity for their child
They will ensure appropriate adult supervision at all times during the session
They are responsible for providing a safe environment, adequate space, and required materials
LivKidz shall not be responsible for any incidents arising from lack of supervision or unsafe conditions at the session location.
4. Assumption of Risk
Parents acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical exertion or inherent risks.
By booking a session, parents voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risk of injury, harm, or property damage.
5. No Warranties or Guarantees
LivKidz makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
learning outcomes
Instructor performance
child satisfaction or engagement
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Parents may cancel a booking
* free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class.
* Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the class will be eligible for a 50% refund.
* No refunds will be provided for:
cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class
missed sessions (no-shows)
after the class has been completed
* If a parent chooses to enroll in a monthly course or package after an initial class, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, discontinuation, or missed sessions during the course period.
It is the parent’s responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the Instructor and class during the initial session before committing to any ongoing or monthly program.
LivKidz reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.
All applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with LivKidz platform policies and timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
LivKidz shall not be liable for:
any acts, omissions, or negligence of Instructors
any injury, loss, or damage arising during or after a session
any indirect or consequential damages
In any event, LivKidz’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless LivKidz, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
participation in any booked activity
breach of these terms
interactions with Instructors
9. Payments
All payments are processed through LivKidz on behalf of the Instructor. LivKidz may deduct applicable platform fees, cancellation charges, or other applicable amounts.
10. Code of Conduct
Parents and Instructors are expected to maintain safe, respectful, and appropriate behavior.
LivKidz reserves the right to:
suspend or terminate access
cancel bookings
in case of misconduct, safety concerns, or policy violations.
11. Right to Intervene
LivKidz may, at its discretion:
investigate complaints
suspend or remove Instructors
cancel bookings
Such actions do not imply responsibility or liability for the underlying issue.
12. Force Majeure
LivKidz shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or public disruptions.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
